Save your petals
After your flowers go dry save those petals! Collect a few in a jar and save them for your bath. You can use fresh flowers too. Floral Bath are seen in ancient rituals as a way to connect with nature and receive positive energy. Natural energy. Infusing your bath with flowers has many benefits. Its known to align your physical and mental balance.
The miracle of flowers, however, is more than that. It takes you on a journey of relaxation, love, and healing. There are many ways to making a bath depending on the benefits you're looking for. Example in my bath(on the right) I used tea tree soap to help remove any impurities and awaken my senses. I also added 2 drops of rose water to infuse the petals to open and revive them a bit. 3 drops of cinnamon oil because it my favorite scent!
Let me know how you fancy people make your flower bath #mfps
